Refund policy

Our policy is to honor refund requests up to, and in limited circumstances, the total available balance within a User account.

To start this process, please contact our Customer Support department with your request. When contacting Customer Support, account validation is required. You will have to verify your username or email address and password.

Upon receipt of your request, unused funds will be debited from your ZodiacRaaz account and credited to the originating payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

We will provide a confirmation of receipt, if requested. If you have encountered an error in receiving a refund, please contact us immediately for follow-up to ensure the credit is processed properly. For certain financial institutions, it may take up to 30 days for a refund to reflect on your statement.

We reserve the right in our sole discretion to terminate a transaction in order to fulfill credit card industry regulations, payment processor and banking procedures, or in an effort to accommodate legal requests.

If a breach of our User Agreement, customer error, a technical issue, or potential fraudulent transaction has been brought to our attention, we may also choose to issue a refund.

Refund For Reading Quality 

We do not refund for the credits which are spent in private chat with an adviser. You have the right to select your psychic by building your trust in her/him before you accept charges for getting reading. We offered unlimited free chat service to make connections between you and adviser so you both can accept charges rules before start a private chat.

However, if some technical issues or due to some other serious reasons your credits miss-use our team will review your request in case you will right we will respond to do refund which you can use to spend with other psychics as well.
